(Brazil; lives in Sao Paulo). Psychoanalyst, art and culture critic, curator, teaches at the Catholic University of Sao Paulo (where she founded the Subjectivity Studies Centre in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program and at the Programa de Estudios Independientes, MACBA. She remained in exile in Paris (1970 - 1979), where besides her psychanalytical training, she obtained degrees in sociology and philosophy from the Université Paris VIII and degree, master and D.E.S.S in clinical human sciences from the Université Paris VII. She obtained her doctorate in social psychology from PUC – Sao Paulo. She has created the Archive for a work-event (65 films of interviews on Lygia Clark). She has lectures widely, published numerous essays, and authored Archivmanie/Archive Mania (dOCUMENTA 13, 2011), Anthropophagie Zombie (Paris, 2012), and, with Félix Guattari, Micropolítica. Cartografias do desejo (SP, 1986; 12th ed.2011), published in 7 countries (in the USA by Semiotext, 2006).
